The staff is amazing and so helpful Everyone was very kind with me and my daughter and they helped us with all our requests From booking taxis to arranging best rooms From suggestions to all the tips and tricks They staff was exceptionally supportive and so kind 🙏🏻 Will definitely recommend as the location is so close to old town

Excellent location. The main attractions are a 20 minute walk away, and the hotel is a stone throw's away from T1 tram that is connected to all the main attractions. So if you are not in the mood to walk, you can take the tram. The sauna and massage facilities are great as well, and I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast spread. The staff were extremely helpful and kind.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Fabulous staff, very comfortable bed, best air conditioning I have had in Turkiye, beautiful pool, cosy restaurant. The area is safe and well lit so you can walk around even after dark, and it’s really close to the tram stop. We walked easily to all the main attractions in the old town, and enjoyed the bustling street on the way as a bonus. I will definitely stay here again!

The manager was very accommodating and opened the breakfast buffet for me earlier than usual as I had a 7:30 am ferry to catch.

I stayed for two nights, when arrived 02:00 Am I found the receptionist waiting for me, check-in was very quick. Break fast was very good. Although the room was too small, it was clean. The Location was excellent, since it was near the Grand bazar, also in walking distance from Ajia Sofiya Mosque, and blue mosque. There are few good restaurants nearby. I recommend for short stay in Istanbul.
